Self-Reflective-Journal: Week Four: 8/08/24

I opened up my Jason Rig file and started setting the file up. I set the project and checked that all the animation settings were correct, such as display being on DirectX 11, colour management being disabled and tangents set to Weighted and linear. I changed the image size in render settings to 720/1280 so it was the correct camera view. I continued following the tutorials and saved my files with the correct name conventions then set my project and went into the reference editor to link my file so that when I animate everything is saved properly. I checked that the faceware plugin was enabled in the plugin manager and then made the face groups for my face poses. I then selected the controllers, made ctrl layers and made sure that the rig controls on the Faceware tab were added.

We had to Parameterize our Faceware Analyzer file from fwt to fwr. I Parameterize my file in Faceware Analyzer to my Maya file. I enabled the ImRetargetMaya.mll plugin.​ After looking through Faceware Analyzer and seeing all the keys noted down that I believed were most useful and not similar to each other I went into Maya in my 'Fred_1941_2200_EYES_POSING.mb file and started adding posing my eyebrows, from the keys I made in Faceware Analyzer.
